Culturgest is the cultural arm of the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Foundation, housed in the state bank's vast headquarters near Campo Pequeno. Alongside theatre, music, dance and cinema, its galleries host temporary exhibitions of contemporary art, many drawing on the CGD Art Collection, one of Portugal's major holdings of modern and contemporary work. Exhibitions are modestly priced and free on Sundays.
