125 Newbury is a project space founded in 2022 and run by Arne Glimcher, founder and chairman of Pace Gallery. It is named after the address of Pace's first gallery, which Glimcher opened at 125 Newbury Street in Boston in 1960. The space occupies 3,900 square feet on the ground floor of a landmark building at Broadway and Walker Street, with 17-foot ceilings, renovated by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture. It presents up to five exhibitions a year, thematic group shows and solo shows by emerging, established and historical artists, from inside and outside Pace's roster. It is separate from Pace's Chelsea building on West 25th Street.
