Museo Jumex opened in November 2013 in Nuevo Polanco as the public platform of Fundación Jumex Arte Contemporáneo, founded by collector Eugenio López Alonso. Its sawtooth-roofed travertine building by David Chipperfield hosts rotating shows drawn from the Colección Jumex, one of the most important contemporary art collections in Latin America, alongside major international solo exhibitions. Admission is free, with free guided tours on weekdays.
