The Viking Museum (formerly Vikingaliv) opened in 2017 in a former boat hall at Wasahamnen on Djurgården. Its interactive exhibition combines archaeological artefacts lent by Gotland Museum and Sigtuna Museum with reconstructed historical environments and in-depth stations. The highlight is Ragnfrid's Saga, an 11-minute dramatised ride through 10th-century Europe, and daily guided tours in Swedish and English are included with admission.
