Founded in 1996 and named for philanthropists Jack H. Skirball and Audrey Skirball-Kenis, the Skirball Cultural Center is a Jewish educational and cultural institution set on a Moshe Safdie-designed campus in the Santa Monica Mountains. Its museum holds over 30,000 objects spanning 4,000 years of Jewish history, alongside rotating contemporary art and history exhibitions, a performing arts program, and the hands-on Noah's Ark exhibit for families. Noah's Ark uses timed-entry reservations; general admission is free every Thursday.
