Le Centre Pompidou est ce bâtiment emblématique radicalement « inversé », conçu par Renzo Piano, Richard Rogers et Gianfranco Franchini, dont les poutres structurelles, tuyaux et escalators sont rejetés à l'extérieur et distingués par un code couleur.
