Primeiro museu público de Berlim, projetado por Karl Friedrich Schinkel e inaugurado em 1830, o edifício ergue-se diante do Lustgarten com dezoito colunas jônicas e uma rotunda abobadada inspirada no Panteão de Roma. Abriga a exposição permanente da Antikensammlung dedicada a gregos, etruscos e romanos, destacando peças como a Deusa de Berlim, o Rapaz em Oração e retratos de César e Cleópatra. Uma segunda sala, a câmara azul, reúne mais de 1.300 moedas da Antiguidade pertencentes ao Münzkabinett, enquanto o piso superior acolhe uma das mais expressivas coleções de arte etrusca fora da Itália.
