A casa lisboeta do empresário e colecionador António de Medeiros e Almeida (1895-1986), legada à nação como casa-museu através da fundação que criou em 1972. A Ala Antiga, preservada tal como era, conserva os aposentos do casal, enquanto a Ala Nova, construída no início da década de 1970 sobre o jardim, apresenta cerca de 2 000 objetos distribuídos por 27 galerias. Entre os destaques encontram-se um relógio noturno do século XVII, da autoria de Edward East, que pertenceu a Catherine of Braganza, um gomil Ming antigo com as armas do rei Manuel I, oito paisagens de Jan van Goyen e relógios de bolso Breguet.
