O Brücke-Museum acolhe a maior coleção mundial de obras de Die Brücke, o grupo de artistas expressionistas formado por Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Erich Heckel, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff e Max Pechstein. O museu nasceu a partir de uma doação de Schmidt-Rottluff, complementada mais tarde por uma importante oferta de Heckel, abrindo portas em 1967 num edifício de piso térreo concebido por Werner Düttmann, em pleno bosque de Dahlem. Cerca de 400 pinturas e esculturas, juntamente com milhares de obras sobre papel, são apresentadas em exposições temporárias, enquanto a envolvente arborizada convida a descobrir peças de arte contemporânea e um trilho natural.
