C/O Berlin est une fondation d'utilité publique dédiée à la photographie et aux médias visuels, créée en 2000 par Stephan Erfurt, Marc Naroska et Ingo Pott. Son nom s'inspire de la mention postale « care of », en clin d'œil à son premier lieu d'accueil, l'ancien Postfuhramt de Mitte. Depuis octobre 2014, l'institution occupe les espaces rénovés de l'Amerika Haus à Charlottenburg, offrant près de 2 500 mètres carrés d'exposition. Sans collection permanente, sa programmation alterne expositions monographiques de photographes de renommée internationale, découvertes de talents émergents et présentations de lauréats de prix artistiques.
