Casa Batlló est le fruit de la transformation radicale, réalisée en 1904 par Antoni Gaudí, d’un hôtel particulier existant sur le Passeig de Gràcia. Elle est célèbre pour ses balcons évoquant des ossements, sa façade aux mosaïques chatoyantes et son toit écailleux évoquant le dos d’un dragon. Les visiteurs parcourent le Noble Floor, le puits de lumière aux carreaux bleus, les arcs caténaires des combles et la terrasse équipée d’un audioguide en réalité augmentée. La maison accueille également des œuvres d’art numérique dans le Gaudí Cube ainsi que des expositions temporaires organisées par Casa Batlló Contemporary. Elle fait partie de l’inscription des œuvres de Gaudí au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO.
