IA&A at Hillyer es el espacio expositivo en Washington de International Arts & Artists, ubicado en unas caballerizas de la década de 1850 escondidas en un callejón sin salida detrás de The Phillips Collection. Se trata de un espacio sin fines comerciales: las muestras se eligen a partir de una convocatoria abierta anual evaluada por un comité de artistas y comisarios locales, y acoge la obra de entre 30 y 35 artistas cada año. Cada mes rotan tres exposiciones individuales o comisariadas que se inauguran a la vez el primer viernes de mes, acompañadas de charlas con artistas, talleres, recitales de poesía y música en directo. La entrada es gratuita, con una donación sugerida de 10 dólares.
