The Shed es un centro cultural sin fines de lucro en Hudson Yards, Manhattan, que encarga, produce y presenta obras originales en los ámbitos de las artes escénicas, las artes visuales y la cultura pop. Su edificio, diseñado por Diller Scofidio + Renfro, cuenta con una carcasa exterior telescópica que se desliza sobre rieles para duplicar la superficie del recinto y formar el McCourt, una sala de eventos sin columnas. Inaugurado en 2019, es una institución que no reúne una colección permanente, sino que se centra en estrenar obras nuevas e interdisciplinarias.
