Seodaemun Prison History Hall

這座紅磚監獄由日本帝國於1908年興建,原名Gyeongseong Gamok。在長達80年的殖民統治、分裂與獨裁時期,監獄囚禁了韓國獨立運動人士,包括年僅十多歲便殉難的柳寬順,直至1987年關閉。現存11座原有建築,包括囚室、地下刑訊室、瞭望塔,以及設有隱蔽移屍通道的刑場。自1998年起,這處遺址改作歷史博物館及紀念公園,呈現韓國的獨立鬥爭與現代政治史。
