Museu de Lisboa 分設五個場址，總部設於 Campo Grande 的 Pimenta Palace – 一座建於18世紀的夏宮。常設展透過地圖、模型、畫作、瓷磚及日常用品，追溯里斯本由最早的舊石器時代聚落，到20世紀 Parque das Nações 重建的發展歷程。宮殿內另設兩個臨時展覽空間 Black Pavilion 及 Backroom，並設有附設小亭的花園。其他分館包括 Roman Theatre、Saint Anthony museum、Casa dos Bicos 及 West Tower。
