Gulbenkian Foundation 的現代藝術中心於 1983 年開幕,收藏葡萄牙現代及當代藝術的重要作品,藝術家由 Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso、Almada Negreiros 以至 Paula Rego,皆在其中。中心經 Kengo Kuma and Associates 主導翻新後,於 2024 年 9 月重新開放;一條長長的緣側式頂篷把各個展廳連接至擴建後的花園。輪換展出的館藏與臨時展覽、繪畫室、項目空間及可供參觀的開放式庫房共處於同一座建築內。
