MUDE è il museo del design del Comune di Lisbona, ospitato nell’ex sede del Banco Nacional Ultramarino, in Rua Augusta, e riaperto il 25 luglio 2024 dopo un importante intervento di ristrutturazione. La mostra a lungo termine "What are things for?" ripercorre la storia del design dal 1900 al 2020, inserendo il design portoghese nel contesto internazionale accanto a icone della moda e del design di prodotto. Le mostre temporanee affrontano temi come la grafica, i designer emergenti e la gioielleria contemporanea; al sesto piano, una terrazza verde offre una vista sulla Baixa.
