Hangaram Art Museum es el principal espacio de artes visuales del complejo Seoul Arts Center. Inaugurado en 1990, ocupa un singular edificio de hormigón y vidrio con un sistema de claraboyas en el techo. Habitualmente cuenta con seis salas de exposiciones, donde se celebran alrededor de 50 muestras itinerantes y seleccionadas por jurado al año, desde retrospectivas de maestros antiguos hasta exposiciones de arte contemporáneo. A fecha de 2026, las salas de exposiciones 1–6 están cerradas por obras de remodelación iniciadas en octubre de 2025; por ahora, solo la sala 7 está abierta al público y no se ha anunciado cuándo volverá a abrir el resto del edificio.
