Inaugurado en 1916 por el coleccionista Cruz Magalhães en una casa construida expresamente para este fin en Campo Grande, este museo municipal está dedicado a Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro (1846-1905): dibujante satírico, ilustrador, fundador de un periódico y ceramista. Conserva la colección más importante de su loza de Caldas da Rainha, con cerca de 1.000 piezas, además de más de 2.600 dibujos originales. En enero de 2026 se inauguró una nueva exposición de larga duración, y una galería independiente acoge muestras temporales sobre humor, caricatura y arte contemporáneo.
