Δημιουργήθηκε από την καλλιτεχνική κολεκτίβα teamLab σε συνεργασία με την DMM.com, άνοιξε το 2018 και επεκτάθηκε κατά 1,5 φορά τον Ιανουάριο του 2025, με τις νέες ζώνες Athletics Forest και Catching and Collecting Forest. Δεν υπάρχει μια προκαθορισμένη διαδρομή έκθεσης που παρακολουθεί κανείς από απόσταση – το σώμα γίνεται μέρος κάθε οριοθετημένης από κανένα σύνορο και διαρκώς μεταβαλλόμενης καλλιτεχνικής δημιουργίας.
