Το Hangaram Art Museum είναι ο βασικός χώρος εικαστικών τεχνών του συγκροτήματος Seoul Arts Center. Άνοιξε το 1990, σε ένα χαρακτηριστικό κτίριο από σκυρόδεμα και γυαλί, με σύστημα οροφής που ενσωματώνει φεγγίτες. Συνήθως λειτουργούν έξι εκθεσιακές αίθουσες, όπου φιλοξενούνται περίπου 50 περιοδεύουσες εκθέσεις και εκθέσεις που έχουν επιλεγεί κατόπιν κρίσης κάθε χρόνο, από αναδρομικές εκθέσεις παλαιών δασκάλων έως εκθέσεις σύγχρονης τέχνης. Από το 2026, οι Εκθεσιακές Αίθουσες 1–6 παραμένουν κλειστές λόγω έργων ανακαίνισης που ξεκίνησαν τον Οκτώβριο του 2025. Για το κοινό είναι προς το παρόν ανοιχτή μόνο η Αίθουσα 7, ενώ δεν έχει ανακοινωθεί ημερομηνία επαναλειτουργίας για το υπόλοιπο κτίριο.
