Το Bröhan-Museum ξεκίνησε από την ιδιωτική συλλογή του επιχειρηματία Karl H. Bröhan, ο οποίος την πρωτοπαρουσίασε στη βίλα του στο Dahlem το 1973 και τη μετέφερε το 1983 σε ένα πρώην κτίριο στρατώνων που ανήκει στο συγκρότημα του Schloss Charlottenburg· από το 1994 αποτελεί κρατικό μουσείο του Βερολίνου.
