Tokyo Station Gallery befindet sich in einem Teil des restaurierten Marunouchi-Gebäudes im Bahnhof Tokyo. Das von Kingo Tatsuno entworfene Gebäude wurde nach einer sechseinhalbjährigen Restaurierung 2012 wiedereröffnet. Die Galerien gruppieren sich um die originale Backstein- und Stahlkonstruktion des Bahnhofs von 1914 und verleihen den Ausstellungen einen charakteristischen Hintergrund von industriellem Kulturerbe. Das Programm wechselt mehrmals im Jahr und umfasst Neubetrachtungen der modernen Kunst ebenso wie Ausstellungen zu Eisenbahn, Architektur und Design sowie zeitgenössischer Kunst. Das Museum wird von der East Japan Railway Culture Foundation betrieben.
