Otis House 是 Bowdoin Square 唯一留存至今的豪宅建築,建於 1796 年,由 Charles Bulfinch 為青年律師兼未來的 Boston 市長 Harrison Gray Otis 及其夫人 Sally Foster Otis 傾力操刀設計。這座國家歷史名勝(National Historic Landmark)的室內裝潢經過嚴謹的史學考證與科學研究修復,精確還原了 1790 年代色彩斑斕的壁紙、地毯以及格調高雅的聯邦時期家具。導賞團將引領訪客回溯該家族於聯邦時代的生活風貌,並細說大宅後來轉型為診所及中產階級寄宿公寓的演變歷程。大宅同時作為 Historic New England 總部,目前正進行一項為期數年的修繕及無障礙改善工程,暫停對外開放。

$13 seniors and students; $7 children; free for Historic New England members. $2 for EBT and WIC cardholders, for up to four guests (Mass Cultural Council Card to Culture programme). Prices are those charged in the 2026 season before the house closed for restoration.
Tours involve standing, walking and stairs. Visitors with limited mobility may be able to enjoy a first-floor tour of the house and grounds. Folding chairs are provided and a virtual tour can be accessed on a personal device onsite. The site has no ramps, elevators or lifts, and the house is not air-conditioned. Service animals welcome. The current restoration project includes comprehensive accessibility upgrades.
