自2007年起,巴塞隆拿市立音樂博物館便設於L'Auditori音樂廳二樓。館內逾2,200件樂器中,約有500件於展覽路線上展出,帶領參觀者由中世紀一路探索至現代流行音樂與搖滾樂,並延伸至其他洲份的音樂文化。展覽亮點包括全球最重要的古典結他收藏之一,當中有Antonio de Torres製作的結他,此外還有Zell大鍵琴(1736年)及峇里甘美蘭樂器。沿途設有視聽及互動站,最後一個展廳更讓參觀者親自演奏樂器。
