Instytucja zajmuje XVIII-wieczną, okrągłą giełdę zbożową zwieńczoną szklano-żeliwną kopułą, na nowo zaprojektowaną w 2021 roku przez japońskiego architekta Tadao Ando, który wprowadził do rotundy dziewięciometrowy betonowy cylinder.
