Od 1932 roku Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas mieści się w dawnym pałacu przy Calle Montalbán. Na pięciu piętrach, w około 60 salach, prezentuje europejską i azjatycką sztukę użytkową od XVI do XX wieku. Jego największą atrakcją jest w pełni zrekonstruowana XVIII-wieczna kuchnia walencka, wyłożona ponad 1500 ręcznie malowanych kafelków. Ekspozycję uzupełniają wnętrza z epoki odtwarzające arystokratyczne życie domowe, a także meble, ceramika, szkło, tkaniny oraz bogata kolekcja chińskiej i japońskiej sztuki użytkowej. Założone w 1912 roku jako National Museum of Industrial Arts, muzeum pozostaje jedną z mniej uczęszczanych instytucji madryckiego Złotego Trójkąta – zaledwie kilka kroków od Prado i ogrodów Retiro.
