Humboldt Forum eraikina Schlossplatz plazan berreraikitako Berlin Palace jauregian dago kokatuta, eta 2020 eta 2022 artean ireki zituen ateak mailaka. Bigarren eta hirugarren solairuetan Ethnologisches Museum eta Museum für Asiatische Kunst daude: 20.000 objektu inguru biltzen dituzte –Sanchiko atetik eta Turfango haitzuloetako margoetatik hasi eta te-etxe japoniar bateraino–, guztiak ere jatorriari eta historia kolonialari arreta berezia eskainiz aurkeztuak. Lehenengo solairuan BERLIN GLOBAL erakusketa eta Humboldt Lab doako gunea daude; gainera, eraikin osoan zeharreko doako erakusketek leku horren 800 urteko historia arakatzen dute, jauregiko upategietatik hasi eta Palast der Republik delakora arte.
