IA&A at Hillyer ist der Ausstellungsraum von International Arts & Artists in Washington, untergebracht in einem ehemaligen Pferdestall aus den 1850er-Jahren in einer ruhigen Sackgasse direkt hinter The Phillips Collection. Der Raum arbeitet nicht-kommerziell: Die Ausstellungen gehen aus einer jährlichen offenen Ausschreibung hervor, die von einem Komitee lokaler Künstlerinnen, Künstler und Kuratierender juriert wird; jedes Jahr präsentieren sich hier etwa 30 bis 35 Kunstschaffende. Jeden Monat wechseln drei Einzel- oder kuratierte Gruppenausstellungen, die jeweils am ersten Freitag des Monats gemeinsam eröffnen – begleitet von Künstlergesprächen, Workshops, Lesungen und Live-Musik. Der Eintritt ist frei, eine Spende von 10 US-Dollar wird empfohlen.
