Zu den über 60.000 Exponaten zählen Goyas Alegoria de la Villa de Madrid sowie das berühmte Stadtmodell von Leon Gil de Palacio aus dem Jahr 1830. Das reich verzierte Steinportal des Gebäudes, eine der prachtvollsten churrigueresken Fassaden Madrids, ist noch aus der Gründungszeit des Hospizes von 1722 erhalten.
