IA&A at Hillyer és la galeria a Washington de International Arts & Artists, ubicada en unes antigues cavallerisses de la dècada del 1850 amagades en un carreró sense sortida darrere de The Phillips Collection. És un espai sense ànim de lucre: les exposicions se seleccionen mitjançant una convocatòria pública anual avaluada per un comitè d'artistes i comissaris locals, i cada any hi exposen entre 30 i 35 creadors. Cada mes s'hi alternen tres mostres individuals o comissariades, que s'inauguren de manera conjunta el primer divendres de mes, acompanyades de xerrades d'artistes, tallers, recitals de poesia i música en directe. L'entrada és gratuïta, amb una donació suggerida de 10 $.
