The Shed és un centre cultural sense afany de lucre a l'Hudson Yards de Manhattan que encarrega, produeix i presenta obra original en els àmbits de les arts escèniques, les arts visuals i la cultura popular. El seu edifici, obra de Diller Scofidio + Renfro, compta amb una closca exterior telescòpica que es desplega sobre rails per doblar la superfície del recinte i formar la sala d'esdeveniments sense columnes McCourt. Inaugurat el 2019, és una institució que no manté una col·lecció pròpia, sinó que se centra a estrenar obra nova i interdisciplinària.
