يشغل Musée Gustave Moreau المنزل الباريسي الذي عاش وعمل فيه الرسام الرمزي غوستاف مورو (1826-1898)، والذي حوّله في أواخر سنوات حياته إلى متحف مخصص لفنه. يحتفظ الطابقان الأرضي والأول بشقته الحميمة، في حين يضم الطابق العلوي مرسمين شاسعين يربط بينهما درج حلزوني من الحديد المطاوع ذو طابع مسرحي، وتُعرض فيهما مئات اللوحات والرسوم المائية والرسومات على طراز 'الصالون'. تضم المجموعة نحو 1200 لوحة وحوالي 4800 رسمة، كثير منها مسودات وأعمال غير مكتملة محفوظة في خزائن صممها الفنان بنفسه خصيصاً لهذا الغرض. افتُتح المتحف للجمهور عام 1903، وما زال تصميمه الداخلي كما كان تقريباً منذ ذلك الحين.
