أسّسه الملك لويس عام 1863، ويقع منذ عام 1962 في مجمّع دير جيرونيموس، ويروي Museu de Marinha قصة البرتغاليين والبحر من خلال السفن الحربية والتجارية وسفن الصيد والنزهات. ويُعرض نحو 2,500 قطعة من مجموعته التي تضم أكثر من 18,000 مقتنى، بدءاً من نماذج سفن عصر الاكتشافات وأدوات الملاحة، وصولاً إلى المقصورات الملكية لليخت Amélia. ويضم جناح Galeotas Pavilion الفسيح قوارب ملكية من القرن الثامن عشر، وقوارب تقليدية، والطائرة المائية Santa Cruz التي أتمّت أول عبور جوي لجنوب الأطلسي عام 1922.
