Hangaram Art Museum to główna przestrzeń sztuk wizualnych w kompleksie Seoul Arts Center. Otwarto ją w 1990 roku w charakterystycznym budynku z betonu i szkła, z systemem świetlików dachowych. Zazwyczaj działa tu sześć sal wystawowych, w których odbywa się około 50 wystaw objazdowych i wyłonionych przez jury rocznie – od retrospektyw dawnych mistrzów po wystawy sztuki współczesnej. W 2026 roku sale wystawowe 1–6 pozostają zamknięte z powodu modernizacji, rozpoczętej w październiku 2025 roku. Dla publiczności otwarta jest obecnie tylko sala 7; nie ogłoszono jeszcze daty ponownego otwarcia pozostałej części budynku.
