Amorepacific Museum of Art (APMA) wyrósł z prywatnej kolekcji założyciela Amorepacific, Suh Sung-whana, który gromadził ceramikę, wyroby rzemieślnicze i tkaniny związane z kobietami, kosmetykami oraz koreańską kulturą picia herbaty. Muzeum, otwarte w 1979 roku jako Pacific Museum i przemianowane w 2009 roku, w 2018 roku przeniosło się do podziemnej galerii pod siedzibą Amorepacific w Yongsan – minimalistycznego białego kubu zaprojektowanego przez laureata Nagrody Pritzkera, Davida Chipperfielda.
