Wzniesiona w latach 1859–1860 według projektu Edwarda Clarke'a Cabota Gibson House była jednym z pierwszych domów powstałych na nowo osuszonych terenach Back Bay. Ta neorenesansowa kamienica z czerwonej cegły i piaskowca stanowi wyjątkowy przykład architektury epoki.
