Brücke-Museum posiada największą na świecie kolekcję dzieł Die Brücke – ekspresjonistycznej grupy artystycznej, którą tworzyli m.in. Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Erich Heckel, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff i Max Pechstein. Muzeum powstało dzięki darowiźnie Schmidt-Rottluffa, powiększonej później o pokaźny zbiór przekazany przez Heckla. Zostało otwarte w 1967 roku w parterowym pawilonie zaprojektowanym przez Wernera Düttmanna, wtopionym w leśny krajobraz dzielnicy Dahlem. Około 400 obrazów i rzeźb oraz tysiące prac na papierze prezentowanych jest na wystawach czasowych, a w otaczającym budynek ogrodzie można podziwiać sztukę współczesną oraz ścieżkę przyrodniczą.
