שש עשרה יצירות מופת של רהיטים מלכותיים, הפרושות על פני שלוש מאות שנה (המאה ה-17 עד המאה ה-19) ושלוש שושלות – מדיצ'י, לורן וסאבויה – מוצגות בחדר הגומחות (Niche Room) שבגלריה הפלטינה (Palatine Gallery) בארמון פיטי (Pitti Palace). בין השאר ניתן לראות את שולחן הכתיבה המכני האגדי של ג'ובאני סוצ'י (Giovanni Socci), אגרטלי סֶבר (Sèvres), וכן סטיפו (stipo) המכיל בתוכו העתק מיניאטורי של ארמון פיטי עצמו.
