Dieses um 1680 an der Stelle des Pfarrhauses der Second Church errichtete Fachwerkhaus am North Square ist das älteste erhaltene Gebäude in Downtown Boston und das einzige überdauernde Beispiel der Bostoner Reihenhäuser aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Paul Revere besaß es von 1770 bis 1800. Rund 90 Prozent der historischen Bausubstanz – darunter originale Türen, Fensterrahmen, Dielen und Dachsparren – sind bis heute erhalten; vier Räume sind originalgetreu im Stil der Kolonialzeit eingerichtet. Die Paul Revere Memorial Association, die das Anwesen seit 1908 als Museum betreibt, besitzt zudem das benachbarte, um 1711 aus Backstein erbaute Pierce/Hichborn House sowie das Education and Visitor Center am 5-6 Lathrop Place, das 2016 mit Ausstellungen, Veranstaltungsräumen und einem Museumsshop eröffnet wurde. Ein Innenhof mit historischen Gartenanlagen und einer in Reveres eigener Gießerei gefertigten Bronzeglocke verbindet die Gebäude miteinander.
