teamLab Borderless és el museu d’art digital insígnia de Mori Building, creat pel col·lectiu artístic teamLab. Va reobrir el febrer de 2024 en un espai construït expressament sota el Garden Plaza B d’Azabudai Hills, després que tanqués l’antiga seu d’Odaiba (2018–2022). Els visitants recorren, sense un plànol ni un itinerari fixos, més de 70 instal·lacions interactives de gran format de llum, so i aigua, que flueixen contínuament d’una sala a l’altra i responen en temps real a la presència i els moviments de les persones. Guinness World Records ha reconegut teamLab Borderless com el museu dedicat a un únic col·lectiu artístic més visitat del món.
