Matadero Madrid és un centre de creació contemporània ubicat als pavellons neomudèixars de l'antic escorxador i mercat de bestiar municipal de Madrid. Construït entre 1911 i 1925 per l'arquitecte Luis Bellido, l'espai es va reconvertir després del tancament de l'escorxador el 1996. Reobert el 2006, les seves naus acullen avui instal·lacions artístiques concebudes per a l'espai, un centre de disseny, una cinemateca, programació de dansa i música, i residències artístiques, a més d'amplis patis a la vora del riu oberts al públic.
