El gran museu d'arquitectura antiga de Berlín, construït entre el 1910 i el 1930 per albergar l'Altar de Pèrgam, la Porta del Mercat de Milet i la Porta d'Ixtar. L'edifici principal de la Museumsinsel està completament tancat per reformes des del 23 d'octubre de 2023. El que es pot visitar avui és Pergamonmuseum. Das Panorama, al carrer Am Kupfergraben 2, a poca distància a peu, que acull una vuitantena d'escultures originals de Pèrgam juntament amb la panoràmica en 360° de l'antiga ciutat creada per Yadegar Asisi. L'ala nord i l'edifici central, que inclouen l'Altar de Pèrgam i el Museum für Islamische Kunst, reobriran el 4 de juny de 2027. L'ala sud, amb la Porta d'Ixtar, romandrà tancada fins al 2037.
