تأسس Art Sonje Center عام 1998 على يد راعية الثقافة Heeja K Chung، امتداداً لـ Daewoo Foundation، وهو من أبرز مؤسسات الفن المعاصر في سيول التي لا تقتني مجموعة فنية. يضم مبناه الرخامي في Samcheong-dong صالات للمعارض، وقاعة للمحاضرات، وسينما CineCode Sonje، ومطعماً ومتجراً للفنون. ويركز المركز على أعمال تجريبية تتجاوز الحدود بين الفنون البصرية والعمارة والتصميم والسينما، وترافقها حوارات وعروض أفلام وبرامج تعليمية.
