The Met Cloisters è la sede del Metropolitan Museum of Art dedicata all'arte e all'architettura dell'Europa medievale. Situato su una collina all'interno di Fort Tryon Park, con vista sul fiume Hudson, intreccia elementi provenienti da quattro chiostri francesi con cappelle, giardini e circa 5.000 opere che vanno dall'epoca bizantina al primo Rinascimento. L'edificio e gran parte della collezione furono donati da John D. Rockefeller Jr., e il museo aprì al pubblico nel 1938.
