Il Giza Pyramid Complex si trova ai margini del Deserto Occidentale, con vista su Cairo, ed è il sito archeologico più iconico dell'Egitto. Il sito fa parte del sito UNESCO Memphis and its Necropolis, inserito nella lista del Patrimonio Mondiale nel 1979.
