Hangaram Art Museum és el principal espai d’arts visuals del complex Seoul Arts Center. Va obrir el 1990 en un edifici singular de formigó i vidre, amb un sistema de claraboies al sostre. Habitualment programa sis sales d’exposició, que acullen una cinquantena d’exposicions itinerants i seleccionades per jurat cada any, des de retrospectives de mestres antics fins a mostres d’art contemporani. A data de 2026, Exhibition Halls 1–6 estan tancades per unes obres de remodelació que van començar l’octubre del 2025; de moment, només Hall 7 és obert al públic i no s’ha anunciat cap data de reobertura per a la resta de l’edifici.
