Inaugurat el 1916 pel col·leccionista Cruz Magalhães en una casa construïda expressament a Campo Grande, aquest museu municipal està dedicat a Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro (1846-1905): dibuixant satíric, il·lustrador, fundador d’un diari i ceramista. Conserva la col·lecció més important de la seva pisa de Caldas da Rainha, amb prop de 1.000 peces, a més de més de 2.600 dibuixos originals. El gener de 2026 s’hi va inaugurar una nova exposició de llarga durada, i una galeria independent acull exposicions temporals sobre l’humor, la caricatura i l’art contemporani.
