SONGEUN irabazi-asmorik gabeko arte garaikideko gunea da, SONGEUN Art and Cultural Foundation-ek 1989an sortua, Koreako sortzen ari diren artistei laguntzeko. Cheongdam-dong auzoan dagoen egoitza triangeluar ikusgarria Herzog & de Meuronek diseinatu zuen, eta 2021ean amaitu zuten; Suitzako estudioak Korean gauzatutako lehen proiektua izan zen. Fundazioaren SONGEUN Art Award sari nagusiak Koreako artista garaikideak sustatu ditu 2001etik, eta eraikinaren zurezko zainen testura duen hormigoi-azalak bere izenaren esanahia gogorarazten du: «ezkutuko pinua».
